Projekt je cíleně zaměřen na přímou podporu 10 konkrétním účastníkům u konkrétních zaměstnavatelů. Účastníci patří ke skupině osob mladší 30 let s dalšími hendikepy (kvalifikace, národnostní menšiny). Smyslem tohoto konkrétně zaměřeného projektu je, ukázat jednu z možností podpory CS v lokalitě, která vykazuje nadprůměrnou nezaměstnanost. Součástí je vytvoření JOB INKUBÁTORu, který podpoří i v budoucnu široký okruh klientů. Projekt je velmi komplexně založen a individuálně pojat vůči CS. (Czech)
