Hlavním cílem projektu je adekvátně připravit osoby se zdravotním znevýhodněněním, osoby s kumulací hendikepů a osoby vracející se na trh práce po rodičovské dovolené směrem na trh práce, s využitím individuální podpory, motivace, cíleně nastaveného vzdělávání a dalších podpůrných nástrojů, které přispějí k sociální integraci cílové skupiny (CS) a usnadní získání dlouhodobého pracovního uplatnění. Projekt zároveň řeší samotné pracovní uplatnění CS projektu v dotčeném regionu. (Czech)
