Realizací projektu dojde k navýšení bytového fondu města Polička o 2 sociální byty v části města Polička - Lezník. Osoby z cílové skupiny budou mít zajištěno v regionu odpovídající, cenově dostupné dlouhodobé nájemní bydlení. Tím bude podpořeno jejich sociální začleňování.
