Správní obvod Praha 17 je tvořen územím MČ Praha 17 a MČ Praha-Zličín, přičemž MČ Praha 17 vykonává přenesenou působnost v rámci správního obvodu. Cílem předkládaného projektu je zlepšit kvalitu vzdělávání v MŠ a ZŠ ve správním obvodu Prahy 17 prostřednictvím aktivního partnerství všech aktérů vzdělávací politiky území a společného stanovení priorit rozvoje.
