Obsahem projektu je rekonstrukce prostor tzv. služebny, pořízení vybavení a nákup automobilu pro potřeby terénních služeb PS města Chropyně. Cílem projektu je zefektivnit a zmodernizovat služby, které PS města Chropyně poskytuje a dopomoci tak klientům PS žít běžným životem v přirozeném prostředí s možností využití všech dostupných služeb, s možností udržení a rozvíjení kontaktů a mezilidských vztahů při aktivní účastni na společenském životě s ohledem na individuální potřeby jejich klientů. a.
