Předmětem projektu je vybudování ve městě Jeseník nových sociálních bytů pro osoby, které se nacházejí v bytové nouzi. Díky celkové rekonstrukci panelového bytového domu vznikne celkem 8 bytových jednotek pro sociální bydlení. Místo se nachází v bytové zástavbě, čímž má jasnou vazbou na občanskou vybavenost - nejedná se tedy o vyloučenou či segregovanou lokalitu.
