Cílem projektu je zvýšení energetické účinnosti při ohřevu materiálu na kovací teplotu. Hlavním cílem projektu je snížení energetických ztrát ve spol. TATRA METALURGIE a.s. Na základě projektu dojde k energetickým úsporám a snížení produkce oxidu uhličitého, což bude mít pozitivní vliv na životní prostředí. Realizace projektu se také kladně projeví na ekonomice společnosti snížením výdajů na energie. Předkládaný projekt je plně v souladu s výzvou programu Úspory energie Výzva I. v rámci OPPIK. a.
