Společnost AXIS a.s. se v r. 2011 stala vlastníkem areálu průmyslových budov při ul.Říční v Hr. Králové z počátku minulého století. Stáří budov odpovídá jejich neúměrně vysoká energetická náročnost. Předmětem projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti tří budov tohoto areálu, a to zejména zateplením stropních konstrukcí, výměnou otvorových výplní, instalací KZS na část svislých konstrukcí, modernizací a rekonstrukcí systémů ÚT a zdravotní techniky, systémů osvětlení a zavedením systému MaR ÚT. a.
