Projekt je zaměřen na rekonstrukci objektu, který se nachází ve výrobním areálu společnosti Texla a.s. v Ostroměři, jež se zabývá laminováním textilií pro automobilový průmysl. Areál jako celek je vlastněn a využíván touto společností. V rámci realizace předkládaného projektu dojde k rozšíření stávajícího provozu do v současné době nevyužívaných a zchátralých prostor, kde se bude zpracovávat výstupní produkt a to tvarováním na řezacích strojících, embombosováním a vyšíváním. a.
