Předmětem projektu je realizace výzkumných a vývojových aktivit v oblasti meteorologie. Výstupem projektu bude unikátní prototyp malého meteorologického radaru, který bude dostupný pro zájemce z řad veřejnosti. V předkládaném projektu jde především o výzkum a vývoj prototypu hardwaru pro meteorologické služby, a to včetně potřebného verifikačního softwarového řešení sloužícího pro vyhodnocení měření radaru. a.
