Oblast IT služeb je nesmírně dynamické odvětví v rámci celého IT oboru. Do České republiky stále přicházejí noví hráči, vznikají velká softwarová centra. České podniky také čím dál tím více využívají aplikace vyvíjené na míru. Na jedné straně je tak progresivní růst firem, které působí v oblasti IT služeb.
