Předmětem projektu je vybudovat od 1. 11. 2016 do 31.10. 2019 v Dobřanech u Plzně technologicky zaměřený VTP a podnikatelský inkubátor výzkumné organizace COMTES FHT a.s. (aktivita d). Kromě Plzeňského kraje je dalším cílovým regionem VTP/PI je též sousední hospodářsky problémovýKarlovarský kraj. Jde o oblasti, kde byl prokázán nedostatek vhodné inovační infrastruktury. Vznikne 3 960,76 m2 nově vybudovaných ploch ve třech objektech. Celkové výdaje projektu činí 148,5 mil. Kč. a. (Czech)
