    Předmětem předkládaného projektu je vývoj nového multifunkčního komunikačního a informačního systému pro zdravotnická zařízení a zařízení sociální sféry, který bude postaven na progresivní technologii přenosu dat (IP) a přenosu hlasu (VoIP). Součástí projektu je vývoj všech prvků komunikačního a informačního systému (hardwarových i softwarových).
