Předmětem projektu je pořízení a rekonstrukce brownfieldového objektu, který se nachází v k.ú Bohatice. Objekt je dlouhodobě nevyužíván a žadatel ho pořizuje s cílem vybudování vlastní podnikatelské provozovny zaměřené na činnost v oblasti informačních technologií.Přínosy projektu:-revitalizace podnikatelského objektu-ekonomický rozvoj podniku-vytvoření nových pracovních míst v lokalitě s nadprůměrnou mírou nezaměstnanosti.Záměr projektu je v naprostém souladu s programem Nemovitosti. a. The object is not used in the long term and is purchased by the applicant with a view to building a business establishment dedicated to an activity in the field of information technologi.Instead of the project: — Revitalisation of the business building and economic development of the undertaking -creation of new jobs in a site with an above-average unemployed rate. the project’s project is fully in line with the Nemoitosti.a. programme.
