V rámci projektu dojde k revitalizaci objektu - provozovny firmy (OSVC) Daniel Pater. V části objektu v současnosti majitel provozuje servis elektroniky. Celý objekt je však ve velice špatném stavu i přes běžné opravy, které firma realizuje, vyžaduje objekt pro další efektivní využití komplexní rekonstrukci. Pro další rozvoj firma vyžaduje rovněž rozšíření prostorových kapacit a proto chce v rámci projektu realizovat rovněž nádstavbu objektu o jedno patro. a. (Czech)

The project will regenerate the premises — business premises (OSVC) Daniel Pater. At the moment, the owner operates an electronics service at the moment. However, the whole object is in a very poor state even though the firm’s normal repair is carried out, it requires an object to be used for further effective use of the complex. For further development, the firm also requires an expansion of spatial capacities and therefore wants to realise the building of one cartridge as part of the project. (English)
