The project involves the establishment of a practical training base for professions in the field of mechanical training adapting education to the needs of the labour market. The project is a stand-alone unit of analysis and shall cover all the tasks necessary to ensure the functionality and interoperability of the infrastructure after the completion of the material scope. No additional investment tasks are required to launch the project’s products. The ZSR CKP has experienced pedagogical staff with knowledge of the use of the project products, who participated in the development of project assumptions and who will be responsible for the use of the project products according to their technical and educational purpose. The facility has technical facilities (equipment, organisational procedures, technical staff) allowing efficient use of the project’s products immediately after completion of the investment. The applicant shall have complete technical documentation: the documentation was finalised at the end of the fourth quarter. 2016. The applicant plans to obtain the final construction permit in the first quarter. 2017 The project covers: Task 1: Development of design documentation concerning the adaptation of halls to practical apprenticeships at the CKP; Task 2: Renovation and conversion of the hall building, construction of construction equipment and change of use of part of the hall, into a workshop and education hall, for the purposes of the CKP ZSR; Task 3: Renovation and reconstruction of the workshop building of the ZSR CKP; Task 4: Equipment for agricultural machinery and agrotronics workshop; Task 5: Investor supervision; Task 6: Promotion of the project. The project includes the use of ICT and the adaptation of the facility to the needs of people with disabilities. The applicant, Investor, Beneficiary of the investment will be the District of Świdwiński, which has adequate human resources. The project is managed by PCM methodologies in participatory form.     Projekt obejmuje utworzenie bazy kształcenia praktycznego dla zawodów z obszaru kształcenia mechanicznego dostosowujące kształcenie do potrzeb rynku pracy. Projekt stanowi samodzielną jednostkę analizy i obejmuje wszystkie zadania niezbędne do zapewnienia funkcjonalności i operacyjności infrastruktury po zakończeniu zakresu rzeczowego. Dla uruchomienia produktów projektu nie jest wymagana realizacja dodatkowych zadań inwestycyjnych. ZSR CKP dysponuje doświadczoną kadrą pedagogiczną posiadającą wiedzę w zakresie użytkowania produktów projektu, która uczestniczyła m.in. w opracowaniu założeń projektu i która będzie odpowiedzialna za wykorzystanie produktów projektu zgodnie z ich technicznym i edukacyjnym przeznaczeniem. Placówka dysponuje zapleczem technicznym (sprzęt, procedury organizacyjne, pracownicy techniczni) pozwalającym na sprawne wykorzystanie produktów projektu bezpośrednio po zakończeniu inwestycji. Wnioskodawca posiada kompletną dokumentację techniczną: dokumentacja została opracowana ostatecznie z końcem IV kw. 2016 r. Wnioskodawca planuje pozyskać ostateczne pozwolenie na budowę w I kw. 2017 r. Projekt obejmuje: Zadanie nr 1: Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej dotyczącej adaptacji hal do praktycznej nauki zawodu przy ZSR CKP; Zadanie nr 2: Remont i przebudowa budynku hali, budowa urządzeń budowlanych oraz zmiana sposobu użytkowania części hali, na halę warsztatowo-edukacyjną, na potrzeby ZSR CKP; Zadanie nr 3: Remont i przebudowa budynku warsztatowego ZSR CKP; Zadanie nr 4: Wyposażenie pracowni maszyn rolniczych i pracowni agrotroniki; Zadanie nr 5: Nadzór inwestorski; Zadanie nr 6: Promocja projektu. Projekt obejmuje zastosowanie TIK i dostosowanie obiektu do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych.
