Istotą projektu jest przebudowa budynku Niepublicznego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej wraz ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania piętra i poddasza na mieszkania socjalne. Dzięki realizacji projektu nastąpi ożywienie obszaru rewitalizacji poprzez wielopłaszczyznowe działania na rzecz lokalnej społeczności, przestrzeni i gospodarki. Realizacji głównego zamierzenia, a także osiągnięciu zakładanych efektów rewitalizacji przysłużą się następujące efekty: oddziaływanie projektu na lokalizowanie w obszarze rewitalizowanym nowych podmiotów gospodarczych i nowych miejsc pracy; zapobieganie wykluczeniu społecznemu; poprawa estetyki przestrzeni publicznej; wyprowadzenie obszaru rewitalizowanego ze stanu kryzysowego, w szczególności poprzez nadania mu nowej jakości funkcjonalnej. Projekt jest w pełni gotowy do realizacji pod względem formalno-prawnym (posiada pozwolenie na budowę) Nad całością prac budowlanych czuwać będzie inspektor nadzoru.Projekt ze względu na swoją specyfikę będzie miał charakter stacjonarny.Inwestycja będzie także promowana poprzez ustawienie tablic informacyjnych na obszarze realizacji projektu.
