GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT. Raising competences and/or professional qualifications by 40 people (22K,18M) professionally inactive (BZ) at the age of 30 years and over, of the 5 communes of the SSW in Zachodniopomorskie voivodship (ZP), including 2 persons with disabilities (ON), 10 persons. 50+, 30 people with low qualifiers, through trainings and traineeships, the scope of which will be diagnosed in the IPD and will be in line with the demand of employers from the PP, by 31.03.2019. REZULTATY -40os.(22K,18M) BZ will realise: work with a professional adviser and develop an IPD; active job search and CV will acquire knowledge and qualifications.required to work for the positions indicated by employers from 5 municipalities of the Polish People’s Republic of Poland and will gain qualifications during training and professional experience during internships;will take part in the job intermediation and the labour exchange -18 BZ(9K,9M) will take up employment -2 ON(1K,1M) will receive the support of GRUPA’s work trainer for 40 people.(22K, 18M) —person at the age of 50± 10os(5K,5M) -person disabled (ON)-2os.(1K,1M) -person with low qualifications-30 people (17K,13M).
