The applicant (W) shall provide for the following reconstruction works: windmill from Niechorz (currently run), a traditional hall house from Niechorz, a hall house for exhibition and catering purposes, reconstruction of fish smokehouse and bread oven from Kępa. In addition, land development, maintenance of the necessary media and purchase of necessary equipment. Commercial activities will only be ancillary and necessary to cover operating costs. The applicant assumes the implementation of P with the participation of two contractors: 1) construction works and 2) equipment suppliers. P according to Harmon. The SW will be implemented in order of: 1) Construction permits were obtained, 2) SW and WOD were prepared, 3) selection of the contractor for construction works, signing of the contract, construction works, final acceptance, 4) selection of equipment suppliers, signing of the contract, supply of equipment, 5) final settlement of the investment task. Projekt (P) wpisuje się katalog przedsięwzięć z regulaminu: odtwórstwo/rekonstrukcja historyczna miejsca i czasu wraz z przystosowanie rekonstruowanych obiektów do celów wystawienniczych i edukacyjno-turystycznych. Rekonstrukcja dotyczy historycznej zabudowy rybackiej wsi pomorskiej wraz z tradycyjnymi funkcjami historycznymi: wypiek chleba, wędzenie ryb i przygotowanie potraw (do 20% kk). Planowany P przyczyni się do rozwoju wielofunkcyjnej infrastruktury rekreacyjnej, jak i zwiększenie atrakcyjności turystycznej Gminy Rewal. Wnioskodawca (W) przewiduje następujące prace rekonstrukcyjne: wiatraka z Niechorza (obecnie prowadzona), tradycyjnego domu halowego z Niechorza, domu halowego na potrzeby ekspozycyjno – gastronomiczne, rekonstrukcja wędzarni ryb oraz pieca chlebowego z Kępy. Ponadto, zagospodarowanie terenu, poprowadzenie niezbędnych mediów oraz zakup niezbędnego wyposażenia. Działalność handlowa będzie tylko w stopniu pomocniczym i jest niezbędna do pokrycia kosztów funkcjonowania. Wnioskodawca zakłada realizację P z udziałem dwóch wykonawców: 1) prac budowlanych oraz 2) dostawcy wyposażenia. P zgodnie z harmon. Z SW będzie wdrażany w kolejności: 1) uzyskano pozwolenia na budowę, 2)przygotowano SW oraz WOD, 3) przeprowadzenie wyboru wykonawcy prac budowlanych, podpisanie umowy, prace budowlane, odbiór końcowy, 4) przeprowadzenie wyboru dostawców wyposażenia, podpisanie umowy, dostawa wyposażenia, 5) rozliczenie końcowe zadania inwestycyjnego.
