The subject of the project is the implementation of a partner, comprehensive project in the Ryszczewo sub-area in the Sławno commune. The investment plans to implement the following expenditures:1. Construction of the CIS Municipal Headquarters with land development,2. Comprehensive thermal modernisation together with the renovation of parts of the common residential block of the 18-family Rzyszczewo 37,2. Comprehensive thermal modernisation together with the renovation of parts of the common residential block of the 10-family Rzyszczewo 40,3. Comprehensive thermal modernisation of the 4-local communal social building Rzyszczewo 44;4. Construction of a residential road;5. Reconstruction of local road 170028Z in Rzyszczew 550 m;6. Detailed scope of the object is presented in SW chapters 3.1.3.1 and 3.1.2.1 and 4.1.3.2.After the project has been completed, it will be possible to use the full functionality of the project and this will no longer require additional activities.The construction of the CIS is the most important investment theme defined in LPR, and its activity will be targeted at a specific social group of people, including social inclusion in the whole area of the municipality. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie partnerskiego,kompleksowego projektu na podobszarze Ryszczewo w Gminie Sławno.W ramach inwestycji planuje się realizację następujących wydatków:1. Budowa siedziby Gminnego CIS wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu,2. Kompleksowa termomodernizacja wraz z remontem części wspólnych bloku mieszkalnego 18-rodzinnego Rzyszczewo 37,2. Kompleksowa termomodernizacja wraz z remontem części wspólnych bloku mieszkalnego 10-rodzinnego Rzyszczewo 40,3. Kompleksowa termomodernizacja 4-lokalowego gminnego budynku socjalnego Rzyszczewo 44;4. Budowa drogi osiedlowej;5. Przebudowa drogi lokalnej 170028Z w Rzyszczewie 550 m;6. Przebudowa chodnika przy drodze powiatowej.Szczegółowy zakres rzeczowy przedstawiono w SW rozdział 3.1.3.1 oraz 3.1.2.1 i 4.1.3.2.Po zakończeniu proj.możliwe będzie wykorzystanie pełnej funkcjonalności projektu i nie będzie to już wymagało dodatkowych działań.Budowa CIS jest najważniejszym tematem inwestycyjnym określonym w LPR,bowiem jego działalność nakierowana będzie na określoną grupę społeczną wymagającą wsparcia z całego obszaru Gminy Sławno.Dzięki projektowi stworzona zostanie instytucjonalna forma pomocy mieszkańcom obszarów rewitalizacji,która wdrożona łącznie z projektem złożonym w ramach działania 7.2 (26.02.2018r.) pozwoli na aktywną integrację osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym zwiększająca ich zatrudnienie poprzez Zwiększenie szansy na zatrudnienie 78osób(40K i 38M)zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym w tym osób bezrobotnych, które zgodnie z UoPZiIRP znajdują się w III profilu, mieszkańców WZ powiatu sławieńskiego dzięki uczestnictwu w CIS poprzez wsparcie społeczne i zawodowe oraz działania wspomagające. Wybudowany obiekt będzie także po godzinach pracy CIS pełnił rolę świetlicy wiejskiej dla mieszkańców. (Polish)
