Przedmiotem projektu jest remont świetlicy wiejskiej w Róży Wielkiej w Gminie Szydłowo.Do zakresu rzeczowego należy:1. Roboty budowlane - remont budynku świetlicy w Róży Wielkiej o powierzchni zabudowy 375,62 m2 obejmujący:- wymianę pokrycia dachu wraz z orynnowaniem,- ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych oraz malowanie elewacji,- wymiana okien od strony podwórka,- remont rampy,- budowa pochylni dla osób niepełnosprawnych i remont istniejących schodów,- remont sufitu wraz z ocieleniem,- budowa ścianek działowych,- wymiana podłoża, ocieplenie i posadzki,- remont wc i kuchni,- wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych,- modernizacja instalacji sanitarnej,- modernizacja instalacji elektrycznej.Produktami projektu będą:1. Powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją - 0,04 ha2. Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami - szt. 13. Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach - szt. 14.
