Property / summary
The object of the project is the reconstruction and extension of the Polish Theatre building in Szczecin, including the technical infrastructure, the car park and the garage for passenger cars. The refurbishment shall include the restoration of the original appearance of the site at the end of the 20s. The 20th century (cleaning of budding) and functional changes — the layout of the premises on the ground floor and the second floor. As a result of the proposed design changes, in addition to the functional, composite and the utility values, it is a restoration of the architectural value of the property of the Historical Monuments of the Modernisation of Building by the architect of the Tesmachera architect, which was built in 1928-1929. In addition, tasks related to equipment are planned. This task covers the equipment both of the building being rebuilt and the new one. The old building’s equipment is made up of, among others, the tables, chairs, chairs, desks, scales, beds, walls, shelving, seats, counters, construction of the cloakroom, to telescopic desks. The equipment of the new building consists inter alia of : modular building, rack hangers, cloakroom furniture, tables, chairs, shelving, cupboards, wardrobes, hangers, beds. The project also foresees a task that includes the execution of all ineligible costs of the project. These include, in particular, the costs associated with the preparatory work, the development of technical documentation and the application, the collection of necessary decisions for adoption, advice and fillings. This expenditure was necessary for the preparation of this investment but, according to the rules of procedure, they constitute ineligible costs. For the sake of completeness, the vehicle is of a stationary nature. The project will be implemented by the Applicant, its resources and will be in charge of selecting contractors, monitoring indicators and preserving the sustainability of the project.     Przedmiotem proj. jest przebudowa i rozbudowa budynku Teatru Polskiego w Szczecinie, wraz z infrastrukturą techniczną, zjazdem i garażem dla samochodów osobowych. Przebudowa obejmuje przywrócenie pierwotnego wyglądu obiektu z końca lat 20. XX wieku (oczyszczenie bryły z przybudówek) oraz zmiany funkcjonalne - rozkład pomieszczeń na parterze i drugim piętrze. Rezultatem zaproponowanych zmian projektowych, oprócz walorów funkcjonalnych, kompozycyjnych i użytkowych jest przywrócenie architekt. walorów wpisanego do rejestru zabytków modernistycznego budynku wg projektu architekta Tesmachera, zbudowanego w latach 1928-1929. Ponadto w ramach proj. zaplanowano zadania związane z wyposażeniem. Zadanie to obejmuje wyposażenie zarówno przebudowywanego budynku jak i nowego. W skład wyposażenie starego budynku wchodzą m.in. stoliki, krzesła, fotele, biurka, komody, sofy, łóżka, zabudowy ścian, regały, siedziska, lady, zabudowa szatni, trybuna teleskopowa, fotele składane do trybuny teleskopowej. W skład wyposażenia nowego budynku wchodzą m.in. : zabudowa modułowa, wieszaki szatniowe, meble zaplecza szatni, stoły, krzesła, regały, lady, szafy, fotele audytoryjne, wieszaki, łóżka. W ramach projektu przewidziano również zadanie obejmujące wykonanie wszystkich kosztów niekwalifikowanych projektu. Są to w szczególności koszty związane z pracami przygotowawczymi, opracowaniem dokumentacji technicznej i aplikacyjnej, pozyskaniem niezbędnych decyzji admin., doradztwem oraz nadzorami. Wydatki te były niezbędne do przygotowania niniejszej inwestycji, jednakże zgodnie z regulaminem konkursu stanowią koszty niekwalifikowalne proj. Proj. ma charakter stacjonarny. Proj. wdrażany będzie przez Wnioskodawcę, jego zasobami i będzie on odpowiadać za wybór wykonawców, monitoring wskaźników i zachowanie trwałości projektu. W ramach projektu zaplanowano 3 zadania związane z pracami budowlanymi, wyposażeniem i kosztami niekwalifikowalnymi. Pozostałe info. zostały umieszczone w pkt. 1.1.4 SW. (Polish)
