All tasks will be carried out from IX.2017 to XII.2019 (school year 2017/18 and 2018/2019 and 4 months 2019 months) 24 months tj 96 tj. Activity 1 — Reference of skills and the acquisition of professional qualifications by technical students, through the acquisition of additional powers to improve their chances on the labour market. SEP — 30 h electric 30 h for 82 pupils. including 3 K for the classes of motor vehicle techniques (TPS) and IT (TI) ICT techniques — forklift trucks of 40 hours for 216 h. of which 109 K for logistics (TL), andships (TH) and economists (TE) 30 hours for 81 h. of which 55 K for food and catering technicians (T-) and hospitality (Tho) 81 h 50 K for TŻ and Tho Zadanie 2 Implementation of an effective cooperation programme with employers -setting up umbrella classes and the execution of traineeships. Each group supported by project support will be divided into a professional specialisation of at least 150 h in a given year, i.e. a total of 460 ears, including 217 K. It will also receive OSH training and on-the-job coaching in companies from the local labour market with which ZSP has signed cooperation agreements. Within the framework of the task, the creation of the ‘umbrella classes’ is foreseen, i.e. for: class II logistics technician Firma Autosum, for class II TPS, Toyota Opel Kozłowski. Will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the SOOP ROP 2014-2020 and the Guidelines for the implementation of projects involving the European Social Fund in the field of education for the period 2014-2020. Activity 3 Establishment of the School Information Point and Career Development Point (hereinafter SPInKa) on the basis of a professional adviser. Employment of 1 counsellors with the necessary skills in the fields of programming and MEN. All project participants will benefit from individual and group career counselling. A Individual Action Plan (IPD) will be created for each participant. (English)

    Wszystkie zadania będą realizowane w od IX.2017 do XII.2019 (rok szkolny 2017/18 oraz 2018/2019 i 4 miesiące 2019) 24 miesiące tj 96 tyg. Zadanie 1 Podniesienie umiejętności oraz uzyskanie kwalifikacji zawodowych przez uczniów Tech. poprzez zdobycie dodatkowych uprawnień zwiększających ich szanse na rynku pracy. Kurs SEP - elektryczny 30 godzinny dla 82 ucz. w tym 3 K z klas technik pojazdów samochodowych (TPS) i technik informatyk (TI) Kurs –wózki widłowe 40 godzinny dla 216 ucz. w tym 109 K Dla techników logistyki (TL), andlowców (TH) i ekonomistów (TE) Kurs kelnerski 30 godzinny dla 81 ucz. w tym 55 K Dla techników żywienia i usług gastronomicznych (TŻ) oraz hotelarstwa (THO) Kurs Barmański 30 godzinny dla 81 ucz. w tym 50 K dla TŻ i THO Zadanie 2 Realizacja efektywnego programu współpracy z pracodawcami -utworzenie klas patronackich i realizacja staży. Każda grupa objęta wsparciem projektowym odbędzie staże w podziale na specjalności zawodowe w ilości min. 150 h w danym roku tj. łącznie 460 ucz., w tym 217 K . Przejdzie również szkolenie BHP i instruktaż stanowiskowy w przedsiębiorstwach z lokalnego rynku pracy z którymi ZSP ma podpisane porozumienia o współpracy. W ramach zadania przewiduje się stworzenie klas patronackich, tj. dla: klasy II technik logistyk Firma Autoneum , dla klasy II TPS firma Toyota Opel Kozłowski. Odbywać się będą zgodnie z wymogami zapisanymi SOOP RPO WZ 2014-2020 oraz Wytycznymi w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w obszarze edukacji na lata 2014-2020. Zadanie 3 Stworzenie Szkolnego Punktu Informacji i Kariery (dalej SPIniKa) na bazie punktu doradcy zawodowego. Zatrudnienie doradcy na 1 etat z kwalifikacjami niezbędnymi wg. dokum. programowych i MEN. Wszyscy uczestnicy projektu objęci zostaną zajęciami z indywidualnego i grupowego doradztwa zawodowego. Dla każdego uczestnika stworzony zostanie Indywidualny Plan Działania (IPD). (Polish)
