Objective: Increase the employability of the 120 adult inhabitants of the West Pomeranian region (WZ), including school graduates and vocational training institutions, by improving the efficiency of the ongoing support and adapting this support to the requirements of the regional labour market during the implementation period of the project. Project support: educational advisory support, free training/training — participation in 3 training stages that will prepare the PA for a specific occupation, providing a guarantee of employment in the IT and construction industry. The project concerns the IT industry and covers the Zachodniopomorskie Province and the Zachodniopomorskie Province’s Smart Specialisations. Value of project: PLN 1 037 250,00. (English) / rank | |||

Grupa docelowa proj: 120 ( 66K,54M) osób dorosłych zamieszkująca WZ z czego 30% UP: zamieszkuje obszary miast średnich oraz obszar miast średnich tracących funkcje społeczno-gospodarcze (zg. z KC)Os. dorosłe które z własnej inicjatywy chcą przystąpić do szkoleń. Cel gł.: Zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie wśród 120 dorosłych mieszkańców woj. zachodniopomorskiego (WZ), w tym absolwentów szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego poprzez poprawę efektywności realizowanego wsparcia i dostosowanie tego wsparcia do wymogów regionalnego rynku pracy, w okresie realizacji projektu. Wsparcie w projekcie: wsparcie doradczo edukacyjne, bezpłatne kursy/szkolenia- udział w 3 etapach szkoleniowych , które przygotują UP do pracy w określonym zawodzie, dającym gwarancje zatrudnienia w branży informatycznej oraz technicznej w branży budowlanej. Projekt dotyczy branży informatycznej, technicznej oraz obejmuje swym zakresem Regionalne Specjalizacje Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego i Inteligentne Specjalizacje Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego.
