The main aim of the project is to increase knowledge and skills in 302 pupils (134dz/168chł) SP No 4 named after Henryk Sienkiewicz in Barlink, which in the year preceding the year of application for funding achieved educational results lower than the average for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, as well as the improvement of the quality of the educational services of the school by upgrading 23 n-li (22K/1M) and equipping the school with modern teaching aids, up to 30.06.2019. The scope of tasks planned in accordance with the diagnosis of needs shall be in line with the implementation of the specific objective No. 2 for Action 8.5 ROP WZ 2014-2020 by implementing: 1. additional activities – developing for gifted and equalised pupils at risk of early school leaving – in terms of key competences; 2. training to raise the skills of n-li in the use of ICT in education, use of experimental methods, development among pupils of skills and attitudes necessary to operate on the labour market and work with students with special needs of edu. (SPE); 3rd classes for students about SPE; 4. and retrofitting the school’s teaching base in order to increase the frequency of use of ICT and experimental methods and facilitate work with pupils about SPE. The results of these tasks will be improved learning outcomes and preparation of pupils for the next stages of learning, and consequently better adaptability on the labour market. All project activities, the objective of the project and the scope of support stem from the school and approved by the diagnostic authority. Projects financed by the ESF will complement the activities carried out before the project starts. The scale of activities carried out before the project is carried out by the school will not be reduced in relation to the scale of activities (contributions) carried out by the school in the 12 months preceding the start of the project. Celem głównym proj. jest wzrost wiedzy i umiejętności u 302 uczniów (134dz/168chł) SP nr 4 im. Henryka Sienkiewicza w Barlinku, które w roku poprzedzającym rok złożenia wniosku o dofinansowanie osiągnęło wyniki edukacyjne niższe od średnich dla woj. zachodniopomorskiego, a także trwała poprawa jakości usług edukacyjnych tej szkoły dzięki podniesieniu kwalifikacji 23 n-li (22K/1M) oraz wyposażeniu szkoły w nowoczesne pomoce dydaktyczne, do 30.06.2019r. Zaplanowany zgodnie z przeprowadzoną diagnozą potrzeb zakres zadań wpisuje się w realizację celu szczegółowego nr 2 dla działania 8.5 RPO WZ 2014-2020 poprzez realizację: 1. dodatkowych zajęć - rozwijających dla uczniów uzdolnionych oraz wyrównujących dla uczniów zagrożonych przedwczesnym zakończeniem edukacji - w zakresie kompetencji kluczowych; 2. szkoleń podnoszących kompetencje n-li w zakresie korzystania z TIK w edukacji, wykorzystania metod eksperymentu, rozwoju wśród uczniów umiejętności i postaw niezbędnych do funkcjonowania na rynku pracy oraz pracy z uczniem o specjalnych potrzebach edu. (SPE); 3. zajęć dla uczniów o SPE; 4. oraz doposażenie bazy dydaktycznej szkoły w celu zwiększenia częstotliwości wykorzystania TIK i metod eksperymentu oraz ułatwienie pracy z uczniami o SPE. Efektem realizacji ww. zadań będzie poprawa wyników nauczania oraz przygotowanie uczniów do kolejnych etapów uczenia, a w konsekwencji lepszej adaptacyjności na rynku pracy. Wszystkie działania proj., cel proj. oraz zakres wsparcia wynikają z przeprowadzonej w szkole i zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący diagnozy. Przedsięwzięcia finansowane ze środków EFS będą stanowiły uzupełnienie działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem realizacji proj. Skala działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem realizacji proj. przez szkołę (nakłady środków na ich realizację) nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu w stosunku do skali działań (nakładów) prowadzonych przez szkołę w okresie 12 miesięcy poprzedzających rozpoczęcie realizacjiproj.
