The main aim of the project is to increase knowledge and skills in 200 pupils (96dz/104chł) of the Heroes Westerplatte Junior High School No.1 from Barlinek Municipality, which in the year preceding the year of submission of the application for funding achieved educational results lower than the averages for the West Pomeranian Voivodship, as well as the ongoing improvement of the quality of educational services of the school by raising the qualifications of 6 n-li (4K/2M) and equipping the school with modern help. The scope of tasks planned in accordance with the diagnosis of needs shall be in line with the implementation of the specific objective No. 2 for Action 8.5 ROP WZ 2014-2020 by: 1. implementation of additional equalisation activities (for pupils at risk of early falling out of the education system) and developing (for gifted students) in the field of key competences; 2. implementation of training enhancing teachers’ competence in the use of modern information and communication technologies in education; 3. retrofitting the school’s teaching base to increase the frequency of use of ICT; 4. implementation of professional counseling classes; 5. execution of classes for pupils with special educational needs. The results of the above tasks will be improved learning outcomes and preparation of pupils for the next stages of learning and, consequently, better adaptability on the labour market. All the planned activities, the objective of the project and the scope of support are based on the school carried out and approved by the diagnosing body. In addition, projects financed by the ESF will complement the activities carried out before the launch of the project. The scale of activities carried out before the project is carried out by the school (expenditures for their implementation) will not be reduced in relation to the scale of activities (contributions) carried out by the school in the 12 months preceding the start of the project. Celem głównym proj. jest wzrost wiedzy i umiejętności u 200 uczniów (96dz/104chł) Publicznego Gimnazjum nr 1 im. Bohaterów Westerplatte z Gminy Barlinek, które w roku poprzedzającym rok złożenia wniosku o dofinansowanie osiągnęło wyniki edukacyjne niższe od średnich dla województwa zachodniopomorskiego, a także trwała poprawa jakości usług edukacyjnych tej szkoły dzięki podniesieniu kwalifikacji 6 n-li (4K/2M) oraz wyposażeniu szkoły w nowoczesne pomoce dydaktyczne, do 30.06.2018r. Zaplanowany zgodnie z przeprowadzoną diagnozą potrzeb zakres zadań wpisuje się w realizację celu szczegółowego nr 2 dla działania 8.5 RPO WZ 2014-2020 poprzez: 1. realizację dodatkowych zajęć wyrównujących (dla uczniów zagrożonych przedwczesnym wypadnięciem z systemu oświaty) oraz rozwijających (dla uczniów uzdolnionych) w zakresie kompetencji kluczowych; 2. realizację szkolenia podnoszącego kompetencje nauczycieli w zakresie korzystania z nowoczesnych technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych w edukacji; 3. doposażenie bazy dydaktycznej szkoły mające na celu zwiększenie częstotliwości wykorzystania TIK; 4. realizację zajęć doradztwa zawodowego; 5. realizację zajęć dla uczniów o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych. Efektem realizacji powyższych zadań będzie poprawa wyników nauczania oraz przygotowanie uczniów do kolejnych etapów uczenia, a w konsekwencji lepszej adaptacyjności na rynku pracy. Wszystkie zaplanowane działania, cel projektu oraz zakres wsparcia wynikają z przeprowadzonej w szkole i zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący diagnozy. Ponadto przedsięwzięcia finansowane ze środków EFS będą stanowiły uzupełnienie działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem realizacji proj. Skala działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem realizacji proj. przez szkołę (nakłady środków na ich realizację) nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu w stosunku do skali działań (nakładów) prowadzonych przez szkołę w okresie 12 miesięcy poprzedzających rozpoczęcie realizacji proj.
