The project “RES – installation of photovoltaic panels in Sianów” concerns the construction of a photovoltaic installation producing electricity for public buildings. In the municipality of Sianów, despite favourable environmental conditions, the use of solar energy for the production of electricity is negligible, which is an unfavourable and long-term phenomenon that generates numerous problems. The project’s applicant is the Sianów Municipality located in Kohalin County. The project will not be implemented with the participation of a partner and is not covered by the state aid rules. The project will be implemented in the period from 03.04.2017 to 30.06.2018. In order to implement the project, it is necessary to carry out construction works related to the installation of photovoltaic panels and associated infrastructure. The scope of the proposed works includes: — installation of 1464 photovoltaic modules, – mounting of six three-phase inverters, – construction of container buildings and installation of power switchgears, – leading cable lines from the installation to the target buildings, – connection of the installation to the power grid, – installation of electrical energy measurement and billing systems, installation of devices for control of voltage and current parameters, – installation of electrical and lighting installations, – installation of lightning and fire protection systems. Projekt „OZE- instalacja paneli fotowoltaicznych w Sianowie” dotyczy budowy instalacji fotowoltaicznej wytwarzającej energie elektryczną na potrzeby budynków użyteczności publicznej. Na terenie gminy Sianów mimo korzystnych warunków środowiskowych wykorzystanie energii słonecznej do produkcji energii elektrycznej jest znikome co jest zjawiskiem niekorzystnym i długoletniej perspektywie generującym liczne problemy. Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Gmina Sianów zlokalizowana w powiecie koszalińskim. Projekt nie będzie realizowany z udziałem partnera i nie jest objęty zasadami pomocy publicznej. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 03.04.2017 do 30.06.2018. W celu realizacji projektu niezbędne jest wykonanie robót budowlanych związanych z montażem paneli fotowoltaicznych oraz infrastruktury towarzyszącej. Zakres projektowanych prac obejmuje: - montaż 1464 modułów fotowoltaicznych, - zamontowanie sześciu trójfazowych falowników, - budowa budynków kontenerowych i montaż rozdzielnic zasilających, - poprowadzenie linii kablowych od instalacji do budynków docelowych, - podłączenie instalacji do sieci elektroenergetycznej, - montaż układów pomiarowo-rozliczeniowych energii elektrycznej, montaż urządzeń do kontroli parametrów napięcia i prądu , - montaż instalacji elektrycznej i oświetleniowej terenu, - montaż instalacji odgromowej oraz urządzeń ochrony przeciwpożarowej. W wyniku realizacji projektu zwiększy się udział źródeł odnawialnych w produkcji energii oraz zmniejszy wielkość emisji CO2. (Polish)
