Celem głównym proj jest poprawa jakości kształcenia w zakresie kształtowania kompetencji kluczowych uczniów szkół podstawowych i gimnazjum z Gminy Choszczno poprzez woj. działania zmierzające do wykształcenia u 1931 uczniów (921 uczennic) kompetencji kluczowych, doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych 177 nauczycieli (148 nauczycielek) do 28.02.2019. Proj jest skierowany do gr docelowych z woj. zach.-pom. – 1369 dzieci i młodzieży – uczniów/czennic (662 kobiet – K) ze wszystkich szkół podstawowych w gminie Choszczno oraz 562 uczniów gimnazjum (259 K) oraz do 177 nauczycieli (148 K). W ramach proj. uczniowie/nice wezmą udział w zajęciach dydaktyczno – wyrównawczych, zajęciach dodatkowych org. poza lekcjami, rozwijającymi uzdolnienia i zainteresowania w obszarze kompetencji kluczowych, głównie nakierowanymi na przedmioty TIK, przyrodnicze i językowe. UCZ ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi będą brali udział m.in. w zajęciach logopedycznych. Ponadto 177 nauczycieli weźmie udział w szkoleniach i studiach podyplomowych, pracownie szkolne zostaną wyposażone w pomoce do nabywania i rozwijania umiejętności przez eksperyment i doświadczenie, powstanie międzyszkolna pracownia TIK. Główne rezultaty osiągnięte w ramach proj to: • liczba uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu - 1738 (90% uczniów biorących udział w proj) • liczba szkół, w których pracownie przedmiotowe wykorzystują doposażenie do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych – 7 • liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu – 177. W ramach proj realiz. będą zadania: 1. Wyposażenie i pomoce dydaktyczne 2. Zajęcia dydaktyczno – wyrównawcze dla szkoły podstawowej 3. Zajęcia dyd. – wyrównawcze dla gimnazjum 4. Indywidualizacja pracy z uczniem 5. Zajęcia dodatkowe dla szkoły podstawowej 6. Zajęcia dodatkowe dla gimnazjum 7. Doradztwo eduk.-zaw. 8. Wsparcie dla nauczycieli. (Polish)

The main aim of the project is to improve the quality of education in the field of shaping the competences of key primary school pupils and middle school from the municipality of Choszczno through activities aimed at educating 1931 pupils (921 students) key competences, improving skills and professional competences of 177 teachers (148 teachers) to 28.02.2019. The project is aimed at target games with war.-poms. — 1369 children and young people – pupils/principals (662 women – K) from all primary schools in the municipality of Choszczno and 562 pupils of middle school (259 K) and up to 177 teachers (148 K). As part of the project, pupils/negatives will take part in teaching and compensatory classes, additional classes in addition to lessons, developing talents and interests in the area of key competences, mainly focused on ICT, natural and linguistic subjects. Teachers with special educational needs will take part in speech therapy classes. In addition, 177 teachers will take part in training and post-graduate studies, schoolworks will be equipped with assistance to acquire and develop skills through experiments and experience, create an inter-school ICT workshop. The main results achieved under the project are: • number of pupils who have acquired key competences after leaving the programme – 1738 (90 % of students participating in the project) • number of schools in which the workshops use equipment to conduct educational activities – 7 • number of teachers who have obtained qualifications or acquired competence after leaving the programme – 177. As part of the implementation project, the following tasks will be: 1. Equipment and teaching aids 2. Teaching and compensatory classes for primary school 3. It’s a teaching class. — compensatory for junior high school 4. Individualisation of work with the student 5. Additional classes for primary school 6. Extracurricular activities for junior high school 7. Educational consultancy.-Zaw. 8. Support for teachers. (English)
