The project aims to improve the efficiency and quality of 4SP and 1GIM: SP in Dobropol, SP in Rzeplin, SP in Sądów, SP in Dolice and Gim in Dolice half. in Dolice commune (West-Pomeranian Voivodeship)- through real.w r.szk 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 next: development and development of u. competence key, coverage of u. with special needs of education creation in schools. For teaching based on meth. experiment, edu-professional advice, development of IT competences and the use of modern ICT, and improvement of skills and competences n-li. The aim of the project is to acquire by 209 U.S. (85K, 124M) key competences, to support 12 of the disabled (6K, 6M) and to equip 9 workshops for conducting workshops (4 mathematical, 5 natural sciences), as well as improving the skills and professional competences of 156 (14K, 2M). The target group consists of 4SP and 1GIM in Dolice Municipality, students and workers and n-le. The need to implement the project results from the results of external executions on the subject lower than the average in the voivodship, as well as the lack of practical skills in the field of mathematical, IT or natural sciences observed in the U.U.. In order to prevent ill-considered decisions regarding further educational and professional careers, it is appropriate to carry out a case in the field of edu.-zaw advisory. The existing equipment of the school’s workshops is insufficient and inadequate for teaching based on met.experiment. The diagnosis also pointed to the shortcomings and the need to raise professional competences and qualifying n-li. Implementation of the project activities will contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of general education in the rural Dolice commune. Proj. ma na celu poprawę efektywności i jakości kszt. og. w 4SP i 1GIM: SP w Dobropolu, SP w Rzeplinie, SP wSądowie, SP w Dolicach i Gim w Dolicach poł. na terenie Gminy Dolice (woj. zachodniopomorskie)- poprzez real.w r.szk 2017/2018 i 2018/2019 nast. zad: kształtowanie i rozwój u u. kompetencji klucz., objęcie wsparciem u. ze spec. potrzebami eduk. stworzenie w szkołach war. Do nauczania opartego na met. eksperymentu, doradztwo edu-zawodowe, rozwijanie kompetencji informatycznych i korzystanie z nowoczesnych TIK, oraz doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji n-li. Założeniem proj. jest nabycie przez 209 u. (85K, 124M) kompetencji kluczowych, objęcie wsparciem 12u. niepełnosprawnych (6K, 6M) oraz doposażenie 9 pracowni do prowadzenia zaj (4 matematycznych,5 przyrodniczych), a także podniesienie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych 156-li (14K, 2M). Grupę docelową stanowią 4SP i 1GIM w Gminie Dolice, kształcący się w nich uczniowie i pracujący i n-le. Potrzeba realizacji proj. wynika z uzyskiwania przez u. wyników egz. zewn. na poz. niższym od średniej w województwie, a także z zaobserwowanych u u. braków w zakresie umiejętności praktycznego stosowania wiedzy matematycznej, informatycznej czy przyrodniczej. W celu zapobiegania nieprzemyślanym decyzjom dot. dalszej kariery edukacyjno-zawodowej u. stosowne jest przeprowadzenie zaj. z zakresu doradztwa edu.-zaw. Dotychczasowe wyposażenie pracowni szkolnych jest niewystarczające oraz niedostosowane do nauczania opartego na met.eksperymentu. Diagnoza wskazała również na braki i potrzebę podnoszenia kompetencji i kwalifikacyjni zawodowych n-li. Realizacja działań w ramach proj.przyczyni się do podniesienia jakości i efektywności kształcenia ogólnego na terenie wiejskiej Gminy Dolice.
