In this project we want to create conditions conducive to increasing the participation of children with disabilities in education.All activities under this project will be carried out to equal opportunities for girls and boys as well as men.The substantive team of the applicants will be paid for the whole of the project by the applicants, consisting of teachers who have many years of experience in working for the target group of the project, in the area in which the support will be provided and in the territory to which the project is concerned.     Celem projektu jest:- stworzenie warunków dla nauczania opartego na metodzie eksperymentu- rozwijanie u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz postaw stanowiących fundament dla dalszego kształcenia- doskonalenie umiejętności 11 nauczycieli w zakresie stosowania metod sprzyjających kształtowaniu u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych- doposażenie szkoły w pomoce dydaktyczne i specjalistyczny sprzęt do diagnozy i terapii uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi, w tym niepełnosprawnych, oraz bezpośrednie wsparcie 108 uczniów w tym zakresie- przygotowanie 4 nauczycieli do indywidualizacji pracy z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebamiZ powodu wyludniania się Poznania, graniczące z nim Plewiska doznają znaczących zmian demograficznych.W czerwcu 2016 w Plewiskach mieszka 9 405 osób (805 uczniów w szkole)W 2006: 4 438 osób (209 uczniów)W 1996: 2 246 osóbZe względu na liczbę uczniów, szkoła zainwestowała bardzo duże środki finansowe w kadrę, znacznie zwiększając liczbę zatrudnionych specjalistów oraz rozbudowę szkoły. Z tego względu na dalszy plan musiały odejść koszty związane z zakupem specjalistycznych pomocy dydaktycznych i sprzętu.W ramach niniejszego projektu chcemy tworzyć warunki sprzyjające zwiększaniu udziału dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami w edukacji.Wszystkie działania w ramach niniejszego projektu będą prowadzone na rzecz wyrównania szans dziewczynek i chłopców oraz kobiet i mężczyzn.Zespół merytoryczny Wnioskodawcy składa się z nauczycieli, którzy mają wieloletnie doświadczenie w pracy na rzecz grupy docelowej projektu, w obszarze, w którym udzielane będzie wsparcie oraz na terytorium, którego dotyczyć będzie projekt.Wkład własny w całości pokryty zostanie z przydzielanej szkole subwencji oświatowej przekazywanej przez Urząd Gminy Komorniki.Od uczestników projektu, zarówno objętych wsparciem dzieci, jak i nauczycieli, nie będą pobierane żadne opłaty.Czas trwania projektu to 1.06.2017 - 30.06.2019.
