The investment: ‘The Community shall change the face of the Community to improve energy efficiency in a multi-apartment residential building’ operated by the Community of ‘Housing’ No 161 at ul. 19 in Szczecin is a comprehensive deep energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings. The investment concerned is based on the nature of the fixed project and is located in Szczecin op. no. 34, 2/15, 2/14. In addition, with the agreement of the neighbouring Community and the City of Szczecin, the scope due to the boundary of the parcel is slightly extended to op. No: 2/13 and Dr 15. The investment will aim to reduce the environmental degradation by reducing emissions of pollutants/greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. The main objective pursued by the project is the reduction of the energy intensity of the multi-apartment building, the integration of the environment into the environment and the improvement of energy security (detailed in SW-Annex.1). The scope of the investment shall indicate, in addition to the preparation of the technical documentation and the services related to the activities of the construction process and the promotion of the project, the implementation phase, i.e. the construction and construction phase of deep thermal refurbishment with the works of the goods, consisting of the following improvements: 1. The improvement of the heating system 2. Replacement of window frames in the basement 3. Improving the installation for hot service water (4). Renovation of door joinery of door entry 5. Replacement of window frames in housing and staircase 6. Insulation — interior wall (wall wall) 7. Heating 8. Insulation — front side front, rear 9. Insulation — roof 10. Insulation — external wall 11. Heating — wall 12. Insulation — outer wall of peak 13. Solar installation 14. Replacement of the lighting embedded in the part of the common building (English)

    Inwestycja pn. „Wspólnota Mieszkaniowa zmienia oblicze, czyli EKOinwestycja poprawiająca efektywność energetyczną w wielorodzinnym budynku mieszkalnym” realizowana przez Wspólnotę Mieszkaniową nr 161 przy ul. Potulickiej 19 w Szczecinie to kompleksowa głęboka modernizacja energetyczna wielorodzinnego budynków mieszkaniowego. Przedmiotowa inwestycja na charakter projektu stacjonarnego i jest zlokalizowana w Szczecinie na dz. nr: 34, 2/15, 2/14. Dodatkowo za zgodą sąsiedniej Wspólnoty oraz Miasta Szczecin zakres ze względu na granica działki nieznacznie rozszerzono na dz. nr: 2/13 oraz dr 15. Inwestycja obejmować będzie swym celem nadrzędnym zmniejszenie stopnia degradacji środowiska naturalnego poprzez zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń/gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery. Głównym celem, do którego osiągnięcia zmierza realizacja przedmiotowego przedsięwzięcia jest zmniejszenie energochłonności budynku wielomieszkaniowego, zintegrowanie przestrzeni SOM w ujęciu środowiskowym oraz poprawa bezpieczeństwa energetycznego (szczegółowo opisano w SW– zał.nr1). Zakres inwestycji wskazuje, oprócz etapu przygotowania dokumentacji technicznej i usługi dotyczących czynności w procesie budowlanym oraz promocji projektu, na etap realizacji tj. prac budowlano-montażowych głębokiej termomodernizacja wraz z pracami towarz., składający się z następujących ulepszeń: 1. Usprawnienie instalacji grzewczej 2. Wymiana stolarki okiennej w piwnicach 3. Usprawnienie instalacji c.w.u. 4. Renowacja stolarki drzwiowej zewnętrznej wejściowej 5. Wymiana stolarki okiennej w mieszkaniach i klatce schodowej 6. Docieplenie - ściana wewnętrzna (ściana przejazdu bramowego) 7. Docieplenie - strop nad przejazdem 8.
