The project concerns a comprehensive thermal renovation of 5 multi-family residential buildings located in M.Myślibórz (postal code: 74-200) at Os. Slavic 3-10; 11-20; 29 TO 34 35 TO 39 40-43 managed by the ‘Future’ Housing Cooperative in Myślisborz. The project is stationary. The project is the subject of a project recommended in the energy audits of works and technologies which are identical for each of the 5 buildings, guaranteeing the loss of heat through the walls of the basement, via the basement of the basement, through windows in the basement of the building. The project involves construction works (insulation, replacement of windows) and installations for the modernisation of the hot water preparation system, modernisation of the heating system in the building, installation of photovoltaic systems. In addition, for the project, the installation of LED displays on each of the 5 buildings showing the effects of the investment, i.e. reducing CO2 emissions, reducing final energy consumption, savings for residents. Displays shall be intended for demonstration purposes. The project will be carried out by the Applicant. The project will be implemented in phases. In the framework of the tasks, 1 are foreseen. Thermal modernisation works on 5 buildings, 2. Installation of RES installations in 5 buildings, 3. Promotion of the project. The infrastructure manager of the infrastructure resulting from the implementation of the project will be SM Future. No infrastructure is foreseen for the management of the Operator. The applicant is and will be the sole owner of the assets covered by the project. The applicant is the only person entitled to carry out the project. (English)

    Projekt dotyczy kompleksowej termomodernizacji 5 wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych zlokalizowanych w M.Myślibórz (kod pocztowy: 74-200)pod adresami Os. Słowiańskie 3-10; 11-20; 29–34; 35–39; 40-43 zarządzanych przez Spółdzielnię Mieszkaniową "Przyszłość" w Myśliborzu. Projekt ma charakter stacjonarny. Przedmiotem Projektu są rekomendowane w Audytach Energetycznych prace i technologie, tożsame dla każdego z 5 budynków, gwarantujące zmniejszenie strat ciepła przez przenikanie przez ściany zewnętrzne, przez strop nad piwnicą, przez okna w piwnicach budynku. W ramach projektu zaplanowano prace budowlane(docieplenia, wymiana okien) oraz instalacyjne w zakresie modernizacji systemu przygotowania ciepłej wody użytkowej, modernizacji systemu grzewczego w budynku, montażu instalacji fotowoltaicznej. Ponadto w zakresie przedsięwzięcia montaż wyświetlaczy LED na każdym z 5 budynków obrazujących efekty inwestycji tj. redukcja emisji CO2, redukcja zużycia energii końcowej, oszczędności dla mieszkańców. Wyświetlacze mają mieć charakter demonstracyjny. Projekt będzie realizowany prze Wnioskodawcę. Projekt będzie wdrażany etapami. W ramach zadań przewiduje się 1. Prace termomodernizacyjne na 5 budynkach, 2. Montaż instalacji OZE na 5 budynkach, 3. Promocję projektu. Podmiotem zarządzającym infrastrukturą powstałą w wyniku realizacji projektu będzie SM Przyszłość. Nie przewiduje się przekazania infrastruktury w zarządzanie Operatorowi zewn. Wnioskodawca jest i będzie jedynym właścicielem majątku objętego projektem. Wnioskodawca jest jedynym uprawnionym do przeprowadzenia projektu. (Polish)
