Project Mon. “Energy modernisation of multi-family buildings in the streets of Mickiewicza, Staszica and Żeromski which are part of the Housing Cooperative "Osiedle Wieszczów" assumes a comprehensive thermal modernisation of 9 multi-family residential buildings of the Housing Cooperative "Osiedle Wieszczów" and the exchange of lighting of common parts for energy-saving. There are 120 dwellings in the buildings that are the subject of the project. The scope of the project work in each building includes: 1. insulation of external walls with polystyrene method (“light wet”) together with the accompanying works 2. insulation of ventilated ceiling with granulated wool (inflatable method) 3. insulation of the ceiling over the cellars with mineral wool spray method from the bottom of 4. replacement of old windows in the basement 5. replacement of old external doors for new interior doors for new heated cages. replacement of normal sub-pipe valves for automatic adjustment, thermal insulation of the pipes in cellars and adjustment of central heating installations, installation of cost dividers on radiators, modernisation of the central heating node (heat counter assembly, replacement of shut-off valves, installation of intelligent energy saving system), 7. replacement of existing internal lighting fittings for energy-saving (replacement of incandescent luminaires into LED luminaires) on common parts. SPÓŁDZIELNIA MIESZKANIOWA LOKATORSKO-WŁASNOŚCIOWA "OSIEDLE WIESZCZÓW" W CZAPLINKU

Projekt pn. „Modernizacja energetyczna budynków wielorodzinnych przy ulicach Mickiewicza, Staszica i Żeromskiego wchodzących w skład Spółdzielni Mieszkaniowej Lokatorsko Własnościowej „Osiedle Wieszczów”” zakłada kompleksową termomodernizację 9 wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych Spółdzielni Mieszkaniowej Lokatorsko-Własnościowej „Osiedle Wieszczów” oraz wymianę oświetlenia części wspólnych na energooszczędne. W budynkach będących przedmiotem projektu znajduje się 120 lokali mieszkalnych. Zakres prac w ramach projektu wkażdym budynku obejmuje: 1. ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych styropianem metodą bezspoinową ("lekką mokrą") wraz z robotami towarzyszącymi 2. ocieplenie stropodachu wentylowanego wełną granulowaną (metodą "wdmuchiwania") 3. ocieplenie stropu nad piwnicami wełną mineralną metodą natryskową od spodu 4. wymiana starych okien na nowe PCV w piwnicy 5. wymiana starych drzwi zewnętrznych na nowe ocieplone na klatkach schodowych 6. modernizacja instalacji c.o.: wymiana zwykłych zaworów podpionowych na automatycznej regulacji, uzupełnienie izolacji termicznej przewodów w piwnicach i regulacja instalacji c.o., montaż podzielników kosztów na grzejnikach, modernizacja węzła c.o. (montaż licznika ciepła, wymiana zaworów odcinających, montaż inteligentnego systemu oszczędzania energii), 7. wymiana istniejących opraw oświetlenia wewnętrznego na energooszczędne (wymiana opraw żarowych na oprawy typu LED) na częściach wspólnych (klatka schodowa, piwnice). Ponadto w ramach projektu zaplanowane jest wykonanie i montaż tablic informacyjnych (Polish)
