Implementation of the project Mon. “Comprehensive energy modernisation of the SARL office building in Stargard Street. The first 35" Brigade is stationary and will include the following works: 1. Insulation of the outer walls with insulation material with WSP. ^ = 0,038 mK/W with a thickness of 16 cm (coefficient U=0.197W/m²*K for peak walls and 0,184 W/m²**For longitudinal walls). 4. Warming of stropods with insulation material with WSP. ^ = 0,042 mK/W with a thickness of 25 cm (coefficient U=0.140W/m2K). 5. Warming of faults over the ground floor insulation material with WSP. ^ = 0,038 mK/W with a thickness of 22 cm (coefficient U=0.149W/m2K). The project will be implemented from 10.04.2015 to 29.12. It’s 2017. After approval of the project for co-financing, the applicant shall set up a project implementation team, which will be responsible for the supervision and overall coordination of the project.     Realizacja projektu pn. ”Kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna budynku biurowego SARL w Stargardzie przy ul. Pierwszej Brygady 35” ma charakter stacjonarny i obejmować będzie następujące prace: 1. Kompleksową modernizację instalacji c.o. obejmującą wymianę grzejników, przewodów, hermetyzację, pełną regulację, montaż zaworów termostatycznych P-1K i zaworów regulacji podpionowej. Kompleksową modernizację węzła cieplnego wyposażonego w pełna automatykę pogodowa i regulację automatyczną wraz z możliwością bieżącego monitorowania zużycia energii i korekty parametrów zasilania. Prowadzenie eksploatacji węzła cieplnego umożliwiające: załączenie i wyłączenie z systemu sezonu grzewczego w budynku, prowadzenie zmiany nastaw parametrów poprzez zmianę krzywej grzania, zdalne wykonywanie uzupełnienia zładu instalacji odbiorczej, prowadzenie odczytów ciepła na obiekcie oraz indywidualnych liczników ciepła i wody. 2. Wymianę istniejących starych okien na nowe o WSP.U=0,9 W/m2K wyposażonych w nawiewniki higrosterowane oraz wymianę starych drzwi zewnętrznych na nowe o WSP. U=1,3 W/m2K. 3. Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych materiałem izolacyjnym o WSP. ^ =0,038 mK/W o grubości 16 cm (współczynnik U=0,197W/m2*K dla ścian szczytowych i 0,184 W/m2*Kdla ścian podłużnych). 4. Ocieplenie stropodachów materiałem izolacyjnym o WSP. ^ =0,042 mK/W o grubości 25 cm ( współczynnik U=0,140W/m2K). 5. Ocieplenie uskoku nad parterem materiałem izolacyjnym o WSP. ^ =0,038 mK/W o grubości 22 cm (współczynnik U=0,149W/m2K). Projekt będzie realizowany od 10.04.2015 do 29.12. 2017 roku. Wnioskodawca po zatwierdzeniu projektu do dofinansowania, powoła Zespół do spraw wdrożenia projektu, który będzie odpowiedzialny za nadzór i ogólną koordynację projektu. Celem wyeliminowania ryzyka, błędów czy niedopatrzeń poza własnymi zasobami zamierza zaangażować zewnętrzne podmioty w celu nadzoru prac budowlanych i rozliczenia projektu. (Polish)
