The subject of the project is the deep energy renovation of the Urban Authority Building in Police, at St Batore Street, 3. The project is stationary. The 1 984.27 m² building is a two-storey building that is designed for traditional technology with a type of “DZ-4” type of technology. The second floor covered by the roof is a flat gel roof, made of roof panels. The scope of the investment includes: replacement of window frames in the basement, replacement of an external door, insulation of external walls, insulation of walls on the ground, insulation of walls on the ground, insulation of wall walls, extension of the building to consist of an external self-supporting body and work platform for each floor, construction of a slipway for persons with disabilities, construction of confinement insulation of fundamental walls, development of an internal electrical installation for the provision of planned rooms and elevators. The investment is located within the site covered by the conservation protection. The purpose of the investment is to provide the required heat insulation and thus reduce the demand for non-renewable primary energy by 29 %. The technical solutions put in place aim at reducing heat losses by passing through the building envelope and reducing heat demand for ventilation air heating. This will significantly increase the energy efficiency of buildings and reduce CO2 by 64 %. The overall aim of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the plant. The objective will be achieved through the achievement of the direct objectives which have emerged from the analysis of problems and needs. They are defined as follows: 1. The efficient use of thermal energy; 2. A reduction in the cost of heating plants. The project will result in a modernised building with a total surface area of 1 984.27 m². (English)

Cel zostanie zrealizowany poprzez realizację celów bezpośrednich jakie wynikły z analizy problemów i potrzeb. Zostały one określone następująco: 1. Efektywne wykorzystanie energii cieplnej; 2. Obniżenie kosztów ogrzewania obiektów. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostanie zmodernizowany budynek o łącznej powierzchni zabudowy - 1984,27 m2. (Polish)
