| Property / summary: The ‘gymnastics’ project is carried out by the Municipality of Kiszkovo, in partnership with the firm ‘My Engineer’, for the period 01.09.2018-31.08.2019. The project aims at 31.08.2019 56 students (28K and 28M) to attend a School Primary School from the Gm. Audience: 86 persons: 6 teachers (6K), 80K (40K; 40M), SP in Łagiewniki Kościelny. The project will address (a) activities enhancing the competences of the key students and the relevant attitudes/skills needed in the labour market; (b) training for teaching teachers in teaching methods; (c) actions that intend to improve the teaching conditions of pupils by retrofitting them; the project scope includes the use of a positively validated curriculum developed in the context of the innovation project entitled:” Establishment of an innovative programme for interactive learning in subjects of classes 4-6 SP’ in the framework of OP HC 2007-13.Project total settled on a flat rate basis, project value: PLN 182 315,00, a non-financial contribution in the form of providing classrooms with 10 750,00 zł (5.9 %). the project is complementary to an infrastructure project co-financed by the ERDF under the WRPO 2014 +. Projekt „Gimnastyka umysłu” jest realizowany przez Gminę Kiszkowo w partnerstwie z firmą „Mały Inżynier” w okresie 01.09.2018-31.08.2019. Celem projektu jest do 31.08.2019 56 uczniów (28K i 28M) uczęszczających do Szkoły Podstawowej w Łagiewnikach Kościelnych z terenu Gm. Kiszkowo(woj.wlkp) zdobędzie kompetencje kluczowe oraz właściwe postawy i umiejętności niezbędne na rynku pracy, 5 nauczycielek zdobędzie kompetencje, szkoła wykorzysta pracownie przedmiotowe do prowadzenia zajęć. Grupa docelowa: 86 osób tj. 6 nauczycieli (6K), 80uczniów (40K;40M), SP w Łagiewnikach Kościelnych. W ramach projektu zrealizowane zostaną:a) zajęcia poszerzające kompetencje kluczowe uczniów oraz właściwe postawy/umiejętności niezbędne na rynku pracy;b) szkolenia dla nauczycieli z zakresu nauczania metodą eksperymentu;c) działania zamierzające do poprawy warunków dydaktycznych uczniów poprzez doposażenie pracowni przedmiotowych.Zakres merytoryczny projektu obejmuje wykorzystanie pozytywnie zwalidowanego programu nauczania stworzonego w ramach projektu innowacyjnego pt.:” Stworzenie innowacyjnego programu interaktywnych form prowadzenia zajęć z zakresu przedmiotów ścisłych dla uczniów klas 4-6 SP” w ramach PO KL 2007-13.Projekt w całości rozliczany ryczałtowo, wartość projektu: 182 315,00 zł, wkład niefinansowy w postaci udostępnienia sal lekcyjnych 10 750,00zł (5,9%).Projekt jest komplementarny z projektem infrastrukturalnym współfinansowanym ze środków EFRR w ramach WRPO 2014+.
