The project place will be the Non-public Kindergarten “Smurf” in Stargard. As part of the actions, within the period 01.06.2019-31.10.2020, support will be provided (Greeted target)21 children (dz) with disabilities (n-p) from the case of needs. special education. (5K, 16M) and 5 to teach./specialist. (5K) employed in a facility. The type of support for UP has been completely tailored to the needs of one and is planned as a response to the diagnosis of PLO, deficit areas in children n-p and deficit in education/experienced specialists. The aim of the project is to provide an existing site, e.g. for the needs of n-p, as well as the implementation of additional educational offers and specialists, allowing for participation in the above-mentioned pre-section by equalising deficits resulting from n-p by 31.10.20 from the area of the zach region. This will contribute to the achievement of the goal in particular, i.e. extension of the offer of the square. precedent. o classes will increase the chances of educating. dz. —compliant with SOOP RPO WZ 2014-2020. The result will be an increase in the chances of edu. 21 children up to 100 % of the target children supported under the project (crit. no. 1). As part of the activities for children, there will be 4 students.: speech therapy, sensory integration, including hand therapy, neurosensory stimulation proger – Tomatis method and auditory stimulation according to Dr. Kjeld Johansen. School for educators: Speech therapy based on Met. Krakowska -2 people, Therapy Integr. Sensors., including Hand Therapy-1 person, School of Tomatis Method-1, School of the Method of Dr. Johansen-2 Os. Equipment. the square with the help of didac. necessary for the performance of activities for the n-p (logopediches, sensory integration, Tomatis method and the method of Dr. Johansen), repair work and customisation in the building, i.e. replacement of the entrance door. together with installation, security of interior veneer, purchase of mats for worlds for wheelchairs and vacancy, purchase. 70 m² flooring for the therapist’s rooms. Miejscem realiz. proj. będzie Niepubliczne Przedszkole „Smerfuś” w Stargardzie. W ramach działań, w terminie 01.06.2019-31.10.2020, wsparcie uzyska (gr. docel. proj.)21 dzieci (dz) niepełnosprawnych (n-p) z orzecz. o potrzeb. kształ. specjaln. (5K, 16M) oraz 5 nauczyc./specjalist. (5K) zatrud. w placówce. Rodzaj wsparcia dla UP został całkowicie dopasowany do potrzeb jedn. i zaplanowany jako odp. na diagnozę OWP, obszary deficytowe u dzieci n-p oraz deficyt. w wykszt./doświadcz. specjalist. Celem proj. jest dost. istniejącego miejsca wych. przedszk. do potrzeb dz. n-p oraz realizacja dodat. oferty eduk. i specjalist. umożliw. dz. z n-p udział w wych. przedszk. przez wyrównywanie deficytów wynikających z n-p w terminie do 31.10.20 r. z terenu woj. zachpom. Przyczyni się to do realizacji celu szczeg. tj. rozszerzenia oferty plac. przedszk. o zajęcia zwiększ. szanse eduk. dz. -cel zgodny z SOOP RPO WZ 2014-2020. W ramach zajęć dla dzieci zrealiz. zostaną 4 obsz. szkol.: zaj. logopedyczne, integr. sensorycznej, w tym terapia ręki, progr. stymulacji neurosensorycznej -Metoda Tomatisa oraz stymulacja słuchowa wg dr Kjelda Johansena. Szkol. dla pedagogów: Terapia Logopedyczna oparta na Met. Krakowskiej -2 os, Terapia Integr. Sensory., w tym Terapia Ręki-1 os., Szkol. z Metody Tomatisa-1 os., Szkol. z Metody dr Johansena-2 os. Doposaż. plac. w pomoce dydak. niezbędne do realiz. zajęć dla dz. n-p (logopedycze, integr. sensorycznej, metodą Tomatisa oraz metodą dr Johansena), prace remont. i dostosow. w bud. przedszk, tj. wymiana drzwi wejści. wraz z montażem, zabezp. drzwi wewn. okleiną, zakup mat. do wykon. wiaty dla wózków inwalidz., zakup i montaż ok. 70m2 wykładziny do sal terapeut.
