Zaplanowane działania w proj.na podstawie Diagnozy Potrzeb Niepublicznego Przedszkola Mały Odkrywca(NPMO)w Koszalinie zatwierdzonej przez Właścicielkę przedszkola.Proj.jest realizowany w partnerstwie z Fundacją Kaszubskie Słoneczniki w okr.01.01.2018- 31.08.2019.Partnerstwo utworzone przed złożeniem wniosku o dof.i przed rozp.realizacji proj.,zawarte zg.z art.33 ustęp 2 Ustawy z11.07.2014.Wartość proj.586057,73zł,w tym wkład własny: 87908,66zł(15%). Partner(P)wnosi do proj.potencjał finansowy,wiedzę i doświadczenie w podnoszeniu kompetencji kadr dydaktycznych. Proj.ma na celu adaptację istniejącego budynku do potrzeb tworzonego NP Mały Odkrywca w Koszalinie oferującego dzieciom diety eliminacyjne(15trwałych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego)i rozszerzenie oferty NP Mały Odkrywca.Proj.powstał w odpowiedzi na narastający problem dzieci ze specjalnymi potrzebami rozwojowymi i edukacyjnymi,a wynikający ze specjalnych potrzeb żywieniowych dzieci.Dzieci z alergiami,celiakią, nietolerancją na gluten,chorobą jelit są zagrożone niepełnosprawnością mogącą mieć negatywny wpływ na dalszy rozwój społ.-emocjonalny.Główne działania w proj.to:zakup wyposażenia i pomocy dydaktycznych do NPMO, organizacja zaj.dodatkowych zwiększających szanse edukacyjne dzieci,stymulujących rozwój psychoruchowy, kompetencje społeczno-emocjonalne,zaj.specjalistycznych,językowych,matematycznych. Uzupełnieniem działań w proj.jest przeszkolenie kadry dyd.przedszkoli z zakresu diet eliminacyjnych, dietetyki, zastosowania nowoczesnych technologii ICT w pracy z dzieckiem,efektywnej pracy z dzieckiem,kompleksowej diagnozy dziecka,komunikacji z dzieckiem(obszar pedagogiki specjalnej). Rezultatem proj.będzie wzrost liczby dzieci objętych wsparciem w ramach edukacji przedszkolnej w Koszalinie o 0,49%.
