Vehicles will be air conditioned, low-floor, adapted for people with mobility disabilities. The purchase of zero-emission buses, i.e. electric buses, in the case of MZK Sp. z o.o. in Koszalin is not economically justified, hence it was decided to choose hybrid vehicles – more in point D.3. MIEJSKI ZAKŁAD KOMUNIKACJI SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ W KOSZALINIE

W wyniku realizacji projektu zakupionych zostanie 5 sztuk autobusów o napędzie hybrydowym (spalinowym – spełniającym normę Euro VI oraz elektrycznym), fabrycznie nowych. Pojazdy będą klimatyzowane, niskopodłogowe, przystosowane dla osób niepełnosprawnych ruchowo. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia: a. wpłynie na redukcję emisji gazów cieplarnianych b. wpłynie na zwiększenie atrakcyjności publicznego transportu zbiorowego c. przyczynia się do zmniejszenia natężenia transportu indywidualnego na rzecz transportu publicznego i tym samym ograniczenia spadku liczby pasażerów komunikacji miejskiej d. wynika bezpośrednio z Planu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej dla Miasta Koszalin oraz Planu Zrównoważonej Mobilności Miejskiej dla Koszalińsko – Kołobrzesko –Białogardzkiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego na lata 2016-2023 e. potrzeba zakupu autobusów niskoemisyjnych wynika bezpośrednio z zapisów Strategii ZIT Koszalińsko – Kołobrzesko –Białogardzkiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego oraz analizy kosztów i korzyści odnoszących się do zrównoważonej mobilności miejskiej. Zakup autobusów zeroemisyjnych, czyli elektrycznych, w przypadku MZK Sp. z o.o. w Koszalinie jest nieuzasadnione ekonomicznie, stąd zdecydowano o wyborze pojazdów hybrydowych – więcej w pkt D.3.
