As a result of the project, 7 new buses with a length of 10.5 m MIDI will be purchased, meeting the minimum Euro VI standard of exhaust gas purity. Vehicles will be air conditioned, low-floor, adapted for people with mobility disabilities. The new rolling stock will allow the withdrawal from the fleet of MZK sp. z o.o. in Koszalin 7 buses complying with Euro II emission standards, whose average age is over 21 years, and their technical condition not only generates high maintenance and operating costs, but above all leads to significant emissions of exhaust gases and pollutants. The result of the replacement of parts of the utilised and non-environmental rolling stock will increase the share of buses with high emission standards (Euro 5 and 6) in the city of Koszalin to 37 % of the entire MZK fleet. Given that the Company plans to purchase an additional 7 units of low-carbon buses as part of the project submitted to measure 2.1 RPO WZ 2014-2020, the holding of low-emission buses by MZK sp. z o.o. in Koszalin will increase to nearly 50 %. Thus, by the end of 2018, every other bus used for public transport in the Kosalin agglomeration will meet the low carbon standards (English)

Efektem wymiany części wyeksploatowanego i nie ekologicznego taboru będzie zwiększenie udziału autobusów o wysokich normach emisji spalin (Euro 5 i 6) w komunikacji miejskiej Miasta Koszalin aż do 37% całej floty MZK.
