Classes will take place in the extended building of the School Complex in Kościelec as part of the project from Sub-measure 9.3.1 until November 2018. Teaching and compensatory classes are planned so that 3-4 year olds can best develop their skills and compensate for deficiencies, and the number of hours adjusted to the perceptive capabilities of children of this age. Classes will be conducted by didacticians suitably prepared to conduct scheduled classes. As part of the project, teachers will also learn and participate in training in order to use the knowledge and skills acquired in the future in the following years in kindergarten. The success of the project will be supervised by the head of the facility with many years of experience in running a kindergarten (project coordinator). Projekt odpowiada na problem braku nowych miejsc przedszkolnych oraz zajęć dodatkowych dla łącznie 22 dzieci:12K, 10M- zapełnią nowe miejsca przedszkolne; oraz zajęcia dodatkowe dydaktyczno - wyrównawczo - usprawniające. W ramach przedsięwzięcia zrealizowane zostaną zadania: 1. Utworzenie nowych miejsc przedszkolnych oraz bieżące funkcjonowanie dla 22 dzieci (12K, 10M) 2.Bieżące funkcjonowanie przedszkola 3. Zajęcia dodatkowe dydaktyczno - wyrównawczo - usprawniające dla 22 dzieci (12K, 10M) I semestr4. Zajęcia dodatkowe dydaktyczno - wyrównawczo - usprawniające dla 22 dzieci (12K, 10M) II semestr5. Kursy uzupełniające dla nauczyciel dla 2 nauczycieli (2K)Wszyscy uczestnicy projektu zamieszkują na obszarze województwa wielkopolskiego na terenie gminy Kościelec. Liczebność grup uczestników wynika z przeprowadzonych ankiet i analizy potrzeb oraz możliwości lokalowych. Nabór do przedszkola rozpocznie się w sierpniu 2019 tak aby we wrześniu mogła nowa grupa rozpocząć zajęcia. Zajęcia odbywać się będą w rozbudowanym budynku Zespołu Szkół w Kościelcu w ramach projektu z Poddziałania 9.3.1 do listopada 2018. Zajęcia dydaktyczno – wyrównawczo - usprawniające są zaplanowane tak aby 3-4 latki mogły najlepiej rozwijać swoje umiejętności i wyrównywać braki, a ilość godzin dostosowana do możliwości percepcyjnych dzieci w tym wieku. Zajęcia będą prowadzone przez dydaktyków odpowiednio przygotowanych do prowadzenia zaplanowanych zajęć. W ramach projektu dydaktycy będą również się dokształcać i brać udział w szkoleniach tak, aby w przyszłości zdobytą wiedzę i umiejętności wykorzystywać w kolejnych latach pracy w przedszkolu. Nad powodzeniem przedsięwzięcia będzie czuwał dyrektor placówki z wieloletnim doświadczeniem w prowadzeniu przedszkola (koordynator projektu). Rezultaty projektu będą służyć wychowankom przedszkola, rodzicom oraz nauczycielom. (Polish)
