Projekt został przygotowany w odpowiedzi na zdiagnozowane potrzeby Mieszkańców/nek Gminy Goleniówwoj.zachodniopomorskiego. Głównym celem projektu jest kompleksowa aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa 68 Mieszkańców/nek Gminy Goleniów woj.zach-pom /38K,30M/ zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym z których min.z których min.45/25-K,20-M/podejmie pracę po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie tj.po 31.01.2019r. w nowo utworzonym Zakładzie Aktywności Zawodowej w Goleniowskim Parku Przemysłowym,a min.15 /9K,6M/utrzyma zatrudnienie przez okres min.3 miesięcy.Uczestnikami/czkami będzie 68 niepracujących i niepełnosprawnych Mieszkańców/nek Gm.Goleniów, w wieku od 18 do 64 lat,zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym,w tym bezrobotnych/ profil III/,z których min.50% doświadcza wykluczenia wielokrotnego,a min.80% ogółu Uczestników/czek będą stanowić os.o znacznym lub umiarkowanym stopniu niepełnosprawności,os.z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi, z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną,zaburzeniami psychicznymi. Kompleksowa ścieżka wsparcia Uczestników/czek:1/ Wypracowanie Indywidualnych Ścieżek Reintegracji Społecznej i Zawodowej; 2/Aktywna integracja-spotkania indywidualne i grupowe oraz imprezy organizowane w Pracowni Wspierania Rozwoju i Aktywności Zawodowej;3/ Warsztaty Kompetencji Społecznych;4/Poradnictwo specjalistyczne:psychologiczne,psychospołeczne,prawne, zawodowe; 5/Indywidualne usługi społeczne/Asystent Osoby Niepełnosprawnej; 6/Przygotowanie do zatrudnienia - szkolenia i kursy zawodowe - uzyskanie kompetencji lub/i kwalifikacji zawodowych;7/Stworzenie struktur organizacyjnych i administracyjnych oraz uzyskanie STATUSU Zakładu Aktywności Zawodowej- dedykowanego miejsca pracy dla os. niepełnosprawnych.8/Zatrudnienie okresowe w ZAZ.
