MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: By 30.06.2020 employment will increase and social activity will increase 90 (63K, 27M) of people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion of inhabitants of the Gryfice district in the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship, through their participation in a comprehensive activation programme, using activation instruments within the framework of CIS services in Rogozin, implemented on the basis of the Act of 13.06.2003 on Social Employment. THE MAIN RESULTS ARE: at least 23 persons(16K,7M) after leaving the programme will undertake job search,14people(10K,4M) will take up employment,81people(57K,24M)have competence to enable them to be active on the labour market; the social efficiency ratio for people at risk will be 44 % (also 44 % for people with severe disabilities....), the effective rate of occupation.- 32 % (22 % for people with a significant degree of disability...). TARGET GROUP: 90 inhabitants (63K,27M) of the Gryficki county, Westopom voivodship, the risk of poverty and/or out of the population, of adults, of working age, without employment, without their own income, with a low level of education and professional qualifications; referred to in Article 1 2 of the Social Employment Act of 13.06.2003; which are included in a system that causes poverty and restricts participation in professional, social and family life. The preferred group shall be: people living in rural areas with a significant or moderate degree of disability, people experiencing multiple exclusions. MAIN TASKS: social and professional reintegration within the CIS in Rogozin, preceded by a comprehensive diagnosis of needs and opportunities, payment of integration benefits. CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU: Do 30.06.2020 r. zwiększy się zatrudnienie i wzrośnie aktywność społeczna 90 (63K, 27M) osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym mieszkańców powiatu gryfickiego w woj. zachodniopomorskiego, poprzez ich udział w kompleksowym programie aktywizacyjnym, wykorzystującym instrumenty aktywizacji zawodowej w ramach usług CIS w Rogozinie, realizowanych w oparciu o ustawę z dnia 13.06.2003 r. o zatrudnieniu socjalnym. GŁÓWNE REZULTATY: przynajmniej 23osoby(16K,7M)po opuszczeniu programu podejmą poszukiwanie pracy,14osób(10K,4M)podejmie zatrudnienie,81osób(57K,24M)nabędzie kompetencje umożliwiające im aktywność na rynku pracy; wskaźnik efektywności społecznej w odniesieniu do osób zagroż. wykl. społ. wyniesie 44% (też 44% w odniesieniu do osób o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności….), wskaźnik efektyw. zawod.- 32% (22% w odniesieniu do osób o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności…). Grupa preferowana to: mieszkańcy terenów wiejskich, o znacznym lub umiarkowanym stopniu niepełnosprawności, osoby doświadczające wielorakiego wykluczenia. GŁÓWNE ZADANIA: reintegracja społeczna i zawodowa w ramach CIS w Rogozinie, poprzedzona kompleksową diagnozą potrzeb i możliwości, wypłata świadczeń integracyjnych.
