Przedmiotem projektu będzie zagospodarowanie i uzbrojenie terenów inwestycyjnych "Starego Tartaku" w Barlinku, służące zwiększeniu atrakcyjności i dostępności stref inwestycyjnych na obszarze objętym KS. Zakres rzeczowy: wykonanie drogi wewnętrznej od strony ul. Jeziornej wraz z infrastrukturą podziemną: sieć wodociągowa, kanalizacji sanitarnej i deszczowej wraz z budową przepompowni i ich zasileniem w energię elektryczną, zbiornika retencyjnego, oświetlenie terenu i kanalizacji kablowej oraz roboty związane z przebudową istniejących przyłączy w celu usunięcia kolizji oraz zagospodarowanie terenu pod kątem zieleni i małej architektury.
