Project Applicants implemented under the name “Development of the activity of the Plastic Materials Processing Plant FOL-PAK by installing a new flexographic printing plant – stage I” will be implemented in the production hall belonging to the Applicant in the town of Przystawy, in Malechowo commune (documents confirming the right to dispose of the property for the purposes of the project were attached to the application – file “Exhibition_notarials”). The project will consist of the purchase and installation in the production hall of a new flexographic printer equipped with a multi-faceted printing inspection system for the quality control process, operating in continuous mode.It is a professional flexographic printing machine on plastics, using nitrocellulose paints. It is envisaged to purchase a machine equipped with a feed system from 8 to 10 colours, allowing printing on various types of substrate, including PET, BOPP, PVC, PE. The installed multi-faceted printing inspection system (an important element of innovation of the project) detects defects such as color deviations, loss of registration, streaks, stains, underprints, etc. The system captures both accidental and serial defects occurring during printing before causing waste loss. As part of the project, assembly works were planned to be carried out inside the production building, consisting of planting the machine and connecting it to the existing electrical installation and extractor of volatile organic compounds in the building. It is planned that this work will be done by the service brigade of the printer supplier. The whole project was organised as a single task to distinguish between the order organisation phase (2 months duration), the machine production phase (up to 5 months) and the delivery and commissioning phase in the Applicant’s Hall (2-3 months). Projekt Wnioskodawcy wdrażany pod nazwą "Rozwój działalności Zakładu Przetwórstwa Tworzyw Sztucznych FOL-PAK poprzez instalację nowej drukarni fleksograficznej - etap I" zostanie wdrożony w hali produkcyjnej należącej do Wnioskodawcy w miejscowości Przystawy, w gminie Malechowo (dokumenty potwierdzające prawo do dysponowania nieruchomością do celów realizacji projektu zostały załączone do wniosku – plik „Wypis_akty notarialne”).
