Głównym celem proj. jest aktywizacja społ.-zawod. 90 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. zamieszkujących w rozumieniu KC w woj. wlkp. w okresie 03.2019-02.2021, tj.-20os. (10K, 10M) niepełnospr. podopiecznych WTZ + 20 ich rodziców (15K, 5M) + 10os. niepełnospr. ubezwłasnowolnionych (5K, 5M)-20matek samotnie wychow. dzieci lub matek wychow. Niepełnospr. dzieci-20 niepełnosprawnych absolwentów ZSZ (5K, 15M).Osiągnięcie celu zapewnią kompleksowe działania zaplanowane do wdrożenia w ramach proj.:-diagnoza potrzeb i potencjałów UP zakończona utworzeniem IŚR oraz podpisanie kontraktów równoważnych do kontraktów socjalnych-indywidualne wsparcie psychologiczne oraz prawno-obywatelskie-Kurs Umiejętności Społecznych-Kurs Aktywnego Poszukiwania Pracy-wysokiej jakości szkolenia i staże.
