Głównym celem projektu jest aktywizacja społ.-zawodowa 180 (100K/80M) podopiecznych Klubów Integracji Społecznej będących osobami biernymi zawodowo zagrożonymi ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. zamieszkujących w rozumieniu KC w woj. wielkopolskim w okresie 03.2019-02.2021. Osiągnięcie celu zapewnią kompleksowe działania zaplanowane do wdrożenia w ramach proj.:-diagnoza potrzeb i potencjałów UP zakończona utworzeniem IŚR oraz podpisanie kontraktów równoważnych do kontraktów socjalnych-indywidualne wsparcie psychologiczne oraz prawno-obywatelskie-Kurs Umiejętności Społecznych-wysokiej jakości szkolenia i staże-wsparcie dla beneficjentów KIS w Wągrowcu, Okonku z filią Jastrowiu, Czarnkowie i Poznaniu (Polish)
