Projekt zakłada real. celu, którym jest włączenie społ. zawod. 56 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wyklucz. społ. w powiecie szczycieńskim, poprzez poprawę i wzmocnienie ich syt. osob. Realizowane to będzie w formie 4 działań (Szkolenia społ., Szkolenia zawod., Staży zawod., Pośrednictwa pracy), w wymiarze 12-tu mies. skierowanych do każdej z dwóch 28 osob. grup uczestn. - bezrobotnych o niskich umiejętn. i kompet. społ. i zawod., które znajdują się w trzeciej grupie (tzw. oddalonych od rynku pracy), spełniających dod. min. 2 przesłanki spośród: - korzystających ze świadczeń pom. społ.; - z programu POPŻ; - kwalifikowane do III profilu tej pomocy. W stosunku do nich realizowane będą szkolenia i trening umiejętności osobistych, szkolenia zawodowe w kierunkach odpowiadających zapotrzebowaniu lokalnego i regionalnego rynku pracy, staże zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy. Podział grupowy uczestników (2 x 28 osób), z realizacją planowanych wszystkich zadań w osobnych terminach, podyktowany jest z jednej strony efektywną rekrutacją, z drugiej zapewnieniem płynności szkoleń zawodowych i przyjęcia na staże pracy przez lokalne firmy (instytucje). Planowane rezultaty i produkty - wyszczególnione punktowo w części 3.2 projektu, to głównie nabycie kompetencji społecznych ułatwiających funkcjonowanie w codziennym życiu, zmiana statusu na rynku pracy po opuszczeniu programu na status osób mobilnych w poszukiwaniu pracy, zdobycie zatrudnienia. The project assumes a real goal, which is to include the social profession. 56 people at risk of poverty and/or exclusion in the Steering District, by improving and strengthening their capacity. This will be carried out in the form of 4 activities (Social Training, Vocational Training, Vocational Training, Employment Mediation), in the dimension of 12 months addressed to each of the two 28 participants groups. — the unemployed with low skill and competence. social and occupation, which are in the third group (so-called remote from the labour market), who meet at least 2 more conditions among: — benefiting from social benefits; — from the OPŻ programme; — eligible for the third profile of this aid. In relation to them, training and training of personal skills, vocational training in the fields of local and regional labour market demand, traineeships and job intermediation will be carried out. The group division of participants (2 x 28 persons), with the completion of the planned tasks on a separate timeframe, is dictated on the one hand by effective recruitment, on the other hand, ensuring the liquidity of vocational training and admission to work placements by local companies (institutions). The planned results and products – listed in section 3.2 of the project – are mainly the acquisition of social competences that facilitate everyday life, change of status on the labour market after leaving the programme to the status of mobile people in search of work, gain employment.
