The subject of the project is the construction of 10.662 km of roads for bicycles in the area of Osieczna, belonging to the Strategic Intervention Area of Leszczyński.Construction of walking-bicycles along the roads over the area: Osieczna-Świerczyna, Świerczyna-Ziemnice, Łoniewo-Grodzisko, Grodzisko-Świerczyna, in Swierczyna. 2 transfer places will also be built. In these places there will be built/organised parking spaces for cars (with spaces for people with disabilities), bicycle stands in the worlds and energy-efficient lighting (solar) will be installed.It is also planned to include information about the created paths in the web application on public transport connections in the district (the application belongs to the Partner, created within the framework of project no RPWP.03.03.01-30-0036/16). Due to the fact that an important element of the project is to stimulate public awareness and responsibility for air quality, the investment activities will be accompanied by information-Prome actions aimed at residents of the municipality and Leszno functional area. Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa 10,662km dróg dla rowerów na terenie gm. Osieczna, należącej do Leszczyńskiego Obszaru Strategicznej Interwencji.Budowa ciągów pieszo-rower w ciągu dróg pow. na odc: Osieczna-Świerczyna,Świerczyna-Ziemnice, Łoniewo-Grodzisko,Grodzisko-Świerczyna,w m.Świerczyna.Zostaną też wybudowane 2 miejsca przesiadkowe. W miejscach tych wybudowane/zorganizowane zostaną miejsca parkingowe dla samochodów (z miejscami dla os. niepełnosprawnych), zamontowane zostaną stojaki rowerowe w wiatach oraz efektywne energetycznie oświetlenie (solarne).Zaplanowano również umieszczenie informacji o powstałych ścieżkach w aplikacji internetowej o połączeniach komunikacji zbiorowej na terenie powiatu (aplikacja należy do Partnera, stworzona w ramach projektu nr RPWP.03.03.01-30-0036/16). Z uwagi na fakt, że bardzo ważnym elementem projektu jest pobudzanie świadomości i odpowiedzialności społeczeństwa za jakość powietrza,działaniom inwestycyjnym towarzyszyć będą działania inform-prome skierowane do mieszk. gminy i leszczyńskiego obszaru funkcjonalnego.
