    Projekt będzie realizowany w Gminie Pakoslaw, w powiecie rawickim, w województwie wielkopolskim. Bezpośrednim beneficjentem bedzie Gmina Pakosław, finalnymi beneficjentami będą mieszkańcy gminy Pakosław, w szczególności miejscowości Sowy, w dalszej kolejności mieszkańcy powiatu rawickiego. Projekt ma na celu wsparcie niskoemisyjnego oświetlenia drogowego poprzez rozbudowę oraz wymianę istniejącego oświetlenia sodowego na efektywne energetycznie oświetlenie typu LED. Jednakowo ważnym elementem projektu jest budowa infrastruktury rowerowej (ścieżki pieszo - rowerowej) wraz z punktami mobilnymi (obiektami Bamp;R). Oświetlenie drogowe wybudowane zostanie na odcinku ok 2,0 km. Ścieżka pieszo - rowerowa wykonana zostanie na odcinku ok 2,83 km. Przewidywana szerokość ścieżki pieszo - rowerowej wyniesie od 2,5 do 3,0 metrów. Projekt zostanie wsparty kampanią informacyjno-promocyjną nakierowaną na promocję niezmotoryzowanego transportu indywidualnego.
